AI Training Specialist

What You'll Do

• Complete structured labeling, classification, and rating tasks that train AI systems to perform better

• Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and accuracy

• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistency across assignments

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs and provide clear, structured feedback

• Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely

• Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time effectively

• Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms

• Clear and confident written communicator in English

• No AI, technical, or professional experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in content review, data entry, research, or quality assurance

• Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an everyday user

• Background in writing, editing, or analytical roles
