Ameelai is a specialized platform connecting AI professionals, data annotators, and model evaluators ("Talent") with AI platforms, labs, and companies ("Employers"). We provide tools for job discovery, talent verification, and professional networking within the artificial intelligence sector.
To access certain features, including applying for roles or participating in the expert verification process, you must register for an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and authentication credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Types: Users may register as Talent seeking opportunities or as Employers seeking to hire. You may not misrepresent your affiliation or account intent.
If you apply to join our verified expert network, you will be subject to our verification workflows.
Authenticity: You guarantee that all resumes, skill assessments, location details, and portfolios submitted are truthful and accurately represent your capabilities.
No Guarantee of Employment: Earning "Verified" status or utilizing our platform does not guarantee placement, interviews, or employment with any third-party company. Ameelai acts solely as a facilitator.
Employers utilizing Ameelai to source talent or post opportunities agree to:
Provide accurate, non-misleading information regarding job requirements, compensation, and company details.
Use the data obtained from Ameelai solely for the purpose of recruiting and hiring.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international labor and employment laws.
When using the Services, you agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including posting scams or fraudulent job opportunities.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features, including our admin verification workflows.
Use automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to harvest data, job listings, or user profiles from the platform.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Ameelai staff.
Our Content: The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the Ameelai logo, site design, code, and text) are owned by Ameelai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the professional data and content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Ameelai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.
We strive to keep Ameelai operational, but we reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, restrict access, or place the site in Under-Maintenance mode without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the platform is unavailable at any time.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ameelai makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of job postings, the quality of talent, or the outcomes of any hiring process initiated through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ameelai, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
